Here are some examples of how each of Trudell Medical Group’s companies were highlighted in the award submission:

Trudell Healthcare Solutions (THS) is strengthening its supply chain position by launching a construction project at its London, Ontario facility to increase warehouse capacity. The addition will help ensure hospitals across Canada can continue to rely upon THS as a value-added partner in meeting their Respiratory, Operating Room, and other clinical needs.
Monaghan Medical Corporation (MMC) is refining its strategic safety stock model after moving away from a just in time approach. With its new North American multi-source supply strategy, MMC is looking to put its premium medical devices into the hands of more patients across the US.
- MMC is aggressively developing its valved holding chamber (VHC) retail business by building a team to take over the retail business in 2024 as it starts to directly manage patient communication and customer engagement. Read more.
ProResp Inc. has evolved its hybrid model of care to reach more clients across Ontario safely and efficiently. The community-based teams including RTs, initially deliver clinical in-person care to new clients and complement that service with virtual care and remote monitoring technologies enabled by the novel aTouchAway software solution developed and supported by Aetonix Systems Inc.
Aetonix Systems Inc. continues to build out its logistics and customer support function to accommodate the management of Bluetooth enabled medical device hardware and patient onboarding. This is in addition to providing a remote patient virtual care management application.
Northgate Technologies Inc. (NTI) acquired Allotrope in April 2023 and its game-changing technology, StimSite. The StimSite product is opening doors at US hospitals for NTI’s newly established direct sales team. Its seamless integration in the operating setting improves the experience for surgeons and patients with reduced procedure times and greater confidence in ureter integrity. Read more.
Trudell Medical International is expanding its international sales footprint with the addition of direct sales resources based in France and Australia. New sales resources in these regions give it the ability to connect directly with its customers, while expanding its global footprint.
Trudell Medical Limited’s corporation-wide ERP project, named Project Elevation, continues a steep ascent with over 100 people across almost every function involved in various streams and stages. The TML IT and Organizational Development teams have expanded to drive the project including top talent in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Communications, and more.
