Trudell Medical Limited closes on the purchase of Vyaire Medical RDx, to rebrand as Jaeger Medical 

The RDx business unit will be rebranded as Jaeger Medical, a return to the company’s roots, and ensures the continuation of service to RDx customers.

If approved, the acquisition will expand Trudell Medical’s already strong market position in aerosol drug delivery and lung health devices to include respiratory diagnostics.
